Because these hats are limited-edition, vibe-specific, and frankly, we’re not running a department store. Every drop is made in small batches and packed with care (and maybe a snarky little sticker).
Damaged or Defective?
Now that’s different.
If your hat arrives looking like it lost a bar fight with a forklift, we got you.
Email us at returns@richasshitco.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage
- A short, dramatic paragraph if it makes you feel better
We’ll replace it or refund you — our call, depending on inventory.
Wrong Item?
If we sent you the wrong color or somehow shipped you socks from another brand (we won’t), email us at returns@richasshitco.com ASAP and we’ll fix it. Fast.
You Just Changed Your Mind?
We love growth. But we don’t do returns for buyer’s remorse.
These hats sell out and your indecision is someone else’s missed vibe.
