📦 Where We Ship:
Right now, we ship anywhere in the U.S.
No international shipping yet, but we’re coming for your country one fabulous forehead at a time.
🚚 How It Works:
Processing Time:
We ship from sunny Florida. Orders go out within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays, hangovers, or the apocalypse).
Shipping Time:
Once shipped, most orders arrive in 2–5 business days depending on where you live, how fast the mailman moves, and how blessed your zip code is.
Shipping Method:
We use USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail — whichever gets your vibe to you faster without costing you a fortune.
💰 Shipping Costs:
Flat rate shipping is added at checkout.
No surprises. No upcharges. No “handling fee” BS.
📦 Tracking:
You’ll get a tracking number the moment your hat hits the postal runway. If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam folder. Or your ex’s email if you gave us the wrong one.
❗ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed?
Once your order is scanned by USPS, it’s technically out of our hands — but not out of our hearts.
If your package is:
- Lost or stolen: File a claim with USPS and loop us in at orders@richasshitco.com
- Taking forever: Wait 48 hours past the expected delivery, then let us know. We’ll investigate like Nancy Drew in a mesh trucker hat.

We pack every order by hand, with love and a little bit of attitude. If you need something rushed or special, shoot us an email before checkout and we’ll see if we can make magic.
